Graph after the ratification in Slovakia

We have promised to start using the results of the Open Europe’s poll from one year ago in the absence of any other relevant polls across the continent. Polish results of 65% citizens being in favour of the ratification somehow don’t look to reliable specially in relation to the actual avoidance by the political class to hold a referendum.

Before you is a brand new comparison of all the ratifications via National Parliaments and parallel comparison to the polls from 2007 (p 2007). The countries are lined up in the time-order as they ratified the Renamed EU Constitution. In the middle you can see votes from the European Parliament - first one on the ratification and the second one on the recognition of the results of the Irish referendum:
