If Europeans were to disagree with the EU process they would have voted for a majority of Eurosceptic at the European Parliament election. They could but they did not. That is democracy. QED
If Citizens of EU Member States were to disagree with one particular document, mostly un-readable Renamed EU Constitution (REUC) (a.k.a. “The Lisbon Treaty”) they would have voted against that particular document if only they would get practical opportunity (not possibility; v slovenščini torej priložnost in ne “le” možnost) at their nationally organised referendums. They would but could not. That has been anything but democracy.
